Grove Street Winery includes Grove Street Winery, Peter Paul Wines and other Internet sites affiliated with Grove Street Winery, Inc., (each a "Grove Street Winery Site"). Each Grove Street Winery Site is operated by Grove Street Winery, Inc., and its affiliates (collectively referred to herein as "we," "us," or "our").

User Obligations

You agree not to do any of the following while using the Grove Street Winery Site:

Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law or regulation.

Access, tamper with, or use nonpublic areas of the Grove Street Winery Site or Grove Street Winery's computer systems. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access or tamper with these areas may be subject to prosecution.

Frame or link to the Grove Street Winery Site except as permitted in writing by Grove Street Winery.

The Sale of Alcoholic Beverages

Grove Street Winery does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. Grove Street Winery makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from Grove Street Winery is intended for personal consumption and not for resale and that the person receiving any shipments of Grove Street Wine are at least 21 years of age. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21 you will prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law.

Parental Control Protections

As required by the Communications Decency Act of 1996, Grove Street Winery hereby notifies you that parental control protections (such as computer hardware, software, or filtering services) are commercially available that may assist you in limiting access to Content that may be harmful to minors. Among the many companies that provide Internet blocking and screening software are CyberPatrol, NetNanny, SurfWatch, and GuardOne. Grove Street Winery does not sponsor or endorse any of these companies or their services.

Privacy Policy

Termination of your Grove Street Winery Account

Grove Street Winery may terminate your Grove Street Winery Account with or without cause at any time effective immediately.

Force Majeure

Grove Street Winery shall be excused from performance under this Terms of Service if Grove Street Winery is prevented, forbidden or delayed from performing, or omits to perform, any act or requirement under this Terms of Service by reason of: (a) any provision of any present or future law or regulation or order of the United States of America, or any state thereof, (b) any act or omission of a third party, or (c) any act of God, emergency condition, war, computer or telecommunications failure or other circumstance beyond the control of Grove Street Winery.

Survival

The following provisions shall survive any termination of these Terms of Service: No Warranty from Grove Street Winery, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity and General Provisions.

Wine Club Cancellation: Wine Club members may cancel their membership at any time by logging into their account. After logging in, click on "My Account" and then click on "cancel wine club membership." Users may also cancel their wine club membership by going to the "Wine Club" page of the Grove Street Winery web site. Canceling in this manner is preferred and we will send you an automated e-mail message confirming your cancellation request.

If a user chooses to cancel their membership after a shipment has been sent, the user may receive a full refund if they return the shipment of wine at their expense.

Wine club memberships can also be canceled by phone or via e-mail at info@grovestreetwinery.com. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing cancellations through these means.
